The Vietnamese people weren't really having a party around that time frame. People use to put in so much effort with their appearance. Don't get me wrong, I love that we don't have to give a $hit about our looks every waking minute. I also love that we no longer have the ostentatious mind set. Sometimes it's just nice to dress up.
